RE: 2023 Boat Ramp Improvement Dues

Dear Woodlake Homeowner:

The Woodlake Home and Property Owners Association is in need of repairing our community boat ramp. It is the HOA’s responsible to keep our subdivision safe and fully operating. This includes the gate area, water access area, boat ramp, road and picnic/fishing area. The water access area is vital to your property and which also promotes your value, even if you don’t access the water. Now, while the water is down, is our only chance to repair the boat ramp correctly, so that it will be good for years to come.

This letter is to inform you of an assessment of $100.00 for each lot, to repair and upgrade the water access area and boat ramp. There are approximately 225 lots in our subdivision. We believe that the $22,500 assessment income will cover the cost of repairs. All details, including the contractor’s estimated costs, are available on our website at www.WoodlakeHOA.org. Any additional donation over and above the $100.00 assessment would be greatly appreciated. Please remit by February 28th, 2024.
