Ideally situated along the western bank of Lake McQueeney between the cities of Seguin and New Braunfels in Guadalupe County, Texas. The Subdivision consists of 4 residential phases and a boat ramp for all residents. The boat ramp provides direct water access to the lake whether your property is on or off the water.
Our Homeowners Association is a self- managed HOA that purely relies on the members of the association. Once you purchase a property in the Woodlake Subdivision you become a member of the association. Each subdivision is governed by its own covenants and restrictions. The volunteers and elected officers that make up our HOA Board strive to improve and maintain our Woodlake community.
