2024 ANNUAL WOODLAKE HOA MEETING

Annual HOA meeting will be held on Sunday, April 14th at 2 pm at the Woodlake Condominium Pavilion. The Agenda includes the reading of the Treasurers report, Past Year Meeting Minutes, any unresolved old and new business and the election of new officers. To be eligible to vote the 2024-2025 dues must be paid in advance of the meeting. Dues can be paid at the meeting by cash or check.

Please note that this year’s agenda will include the Board of Directors discussion to launch an exploratory vehicle to consolidate all of the Woodlake Subdivision’s Covenant and Restrictions into one set.
